Ruth’s 30-Day Home Chef Challenge

Just in time for the month of December, I have challenged myself to cook/bake/make something every day for 30 days (oh boy). This means trying new recipes, sharing favorites, and even throwing in a dash of mixology! This challenge is mostly for myself, but maybe this can inspire someone to try something new or encourage someone to make one of the simpler recipes. Full disclosure: I am a little nervous about successfully completing the challenge because who doesn’t experience laziness here and there? Hopefully, this blog (and I) can hold myself accountable. Of course, any outside encouragement is much appreciated, or even better, anyone is welcome to join me in this challenge!

P.S. I purposely call this a “home chef” challenge because I am by no means a professional. Some of my favorite recipes may contain tips and suggestions, but are purely from my experience, are not an exhaustive list, and may not even be helpful to some people. At the end of the day, I am here to explore some of my favorite hobbies and make meals a more exciting experience. After all, we eat every day for our whole lives – why not make it enjoyable?
